The steps below will help you locate your email settings
in your email program and then help you make the changes.
Step One: Locate your email settings
Select your email program from the drop-down menu. Open your email program (eg. Outlook Express) and then follow the step-by-step instructions to find your email settings.
Step Two: Write down your existing settings
We recommend that you write down your existing Account Name and Incoming
mail server (POP3) setting in case you need them in the future.
Step Three: Make changes to your email settings
- In the Account Name field add an @ symbol eg. john.smith becomes john.smith@
- Then cut & paste your current Incoming mail server (POP3) setting and add
it after the @ symbol in your Account Name eg: john.smith@pop.ozemail.com.au
- Now type pop.spamtrap.net.au into your Incoming mail server (POP3) setting field
- Finally click OK
Here are two examples of the changes in action!
