Australian Macworld puts SpamTrap through its paces

Australian Mac World reviews SpamTrap
Annother review of SpamTrap from Dan Warne of Australian Mac World magazine has again proved the worth of messagecare's flagship product for Internet users.
Excerpts
"...SpamTrap...only costs $3 a month, but does a surprisingly near-perfect job of filtering out spam. In a one week trial period, yours truly received 690 e-emails, of which 264 were spam - roughly a third. During this time, only three spams got through SpamTrap's barriers, but more importantly, no legitimate e-mails were wrongly identified as spam. It was, quite frankly, liberating to be able to read e-mail consecutively, knowing I didn't have to keep my itchy trigger finger on the delete button.
SpamTrap doesn't block mailing lists or commercial mail you do want, like order confirmations from Amazon.com. Software spam filters which try to apply analysis to the content of each message, are more likely to make this mistake."
