Galaxy Marcoms, a marketing consultancy utilising messagecares's SpamTrap product have written about the benefits of SpamTrap for their organisation.

"...Then I discovered a little Australian secret. Its called Spamtrap...
This is an online service (not a software program you have to download or tinker with). It filters your emails before they get to your computer. You can from time to time go and check the spam mail that has been trapped. In one week 40% of my emails (all spam) were blocked by the system. The excitement I felt the first time I saw the emails that were trapped was worth the AUD$33 annual fee alone. I felt like I had gotten even, beaten the spammers and trapped their intrusive email before it got to me. So now when I want some fun while on the computer, I just log onto the spamtrap website, glanced at the 'trapped' spam mail and hit delete. And although an occasional spam email or two gets through the spamtrap system, I have been pleasantly surprised that no genuine email, that I have wanted to read, has been trapped."
